Hello,

Since the 3cx Android 18.0.10.101 update, my two phones which are in vibrate mode do not vibrate anymore when I receive a call. I have the pop-up saying that I have a call but no vibration. If I activate the sound it works correctly.
Here is my configuration:
Phone Model: Samsung A52 and Huawei p20
Android Version: Android 10
App Version: 18.0.11.107
3CX PBX Version: 18.0 Update 3 (Build 461) hosted at 3cx
Network Connection: same problem in wifi and 4g
Client is on the same network as the PBX or not: same PBX

I did not test with an IOS. I specify that the vibrator is well authorized on my phones. Can you do some tests to know if I have a problem on my configuration or if it is a bug of the application? Thanks a lot !

Hi!

While in "Vibrate Only" mode, if you receive a GSM call, does that vibrate? Only 3CX calls in this mode do not Vibrate? What about other apps like WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, etc? Do they vibrate on incoming calls?

Which was the last version of the 3CX app that you had that this worked in this mode?

Thank you for your feedback.

Yes any other call other than 3CX makes my phones ring (GSM / Messenger and WhatsApp). If I downgrade to v18.0.9.98 it works, the versions after not

Thank you, in the App Menu --> Settings --> Advanced, do you have an option "Car/Bluetooth support (Telecom API)"?
If yes, please try toggling this option to check if the behavior changes?

There is also another option in the same menu "Audio Subsystem API", try toggling this too.

Let us know if this changes the behavior at all.

Thank you, I did the test by deactivating these parameters and nothing changes

Can you try the following settings as this may be some sort of notification permissions issue?

The fact of activating / deactivating the vibrator in incoming rule has solved the problem ... Thanks for the help!

Glad to hear that!

I'll mark this one as 'Solved'.
