no voice on using account from a voip provider

I configured my voip account provided by voip provider successfully on my Samsung Galaxy S Duos (Anrdroid ICS). It show on hook.

When i dial, call connects successfully but there is no ring tone and no voice.

Please help me resolve this problem.

Are you using 3G or WLAN? If you are using wlan you are behind the NAT, check you stun configuration, you can configured voip provider on 3cx softphone fow windows and check the situation (you can even use a wireshark for troubleshoot)...
