Solved Non-DECT Extension not showing up on Yealink W56H

Hello,

We recently added 5 cordless handset, namely Yealink W56H. They are all registered to the same base.

In the transfer list on these phones we do not see anyone who is on a wired regular extension.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Can you see the 3CX address book on phone ?

How have you provisioned the phones - lan, sbc or stun

I believe you are using a phone-specific feature where it can see the other handsets. The address book should show all of the extensions

check if w60B DECT Base firmware is 77.83.0.25

Thanks all I figured this out. Turns out there are 2 transfer lists. One had only those handsets connected to the base and not all other extensions connected to the system. We need to press directory and then 3cx phonebook to see the other extensions
