Non-WP Site - Can initial greeting be changed?

On our non-WP site when the chat icon is clicked the pop-up appears headed "Live Support".

It contains the text "Please click Chat to initiate a chat with an agent.", is it possible to change this text?

Alternatively, is it possible to include the GDPR text but not require the user to have to click to accept?

We would like to refer people to our privacy policy rather than have a heavy duty message which requires them to accept and could turn peopl eoff continuing.

Hello, GlynJones. Yes, we exposed additional livechat options in Update 5, including customisation of some captions ("Please click Chat..." is customisable too).

Hi Dmitry, thanks for the reply. Can you advise how we access these additional options? Is there any documentation that describes what can be custamised? If so where can I fiind it, or can you supply?
