I have gotten a Nortel 1230 IP Phone mostly working with firmware 04.01.15.00 (The latest available from Avaya), however, if I place a user on hold on this phone, the held user doesn't hear hold music. I have tried both hold types, RFC2543 and RFC3261. I understand that this phone technically isn't supported with 3CX, I was just hoping someone had some suggestions that I could try.
