Not able to make Outbound Calls.

Any guidance would help and finding the proper info is problematic. I cant make calls out and have no idea how to go about this. I am a novice at best but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which trunk provider are you using? Did you configured any outbound rule?

Was trying to use Chime Voice Connector but its not under provider so I went with call centric which is confusing

That wont work, if you use the free version you need to use an supported provider

So no To Chime correct? I was just following a video which had me create an account with AWS Free Tier then connecting to 3CX. The video is two years old.

OK! So what the point of this? Essentially its not worth it. Just need a secondary phone for personal use. Please be aware I am a novice so you shouldn't talk down to someone who's inexperience. Support suck here man
