Happy to put it down as a fluke, but just in case it isn't starting a new thread.

Running on:
Windows 10 Enterprise x64 19044.1526
3CX Desktop App 18.8.508
3CX Server: 18.0 (Build 450)

Thanks for updating us! I've tested the older method of reproducing this issue, but I'm unable to do so with v18.8.508. If this happens again, do let me know as it must be another procedure that is causing it.
