Not connecting 3cx with sip phones & sip cisco phones

Hello i would like to ask , i have a problem to connect 3cx with any sip phone a free software sip phone or even cisco 7941 sip phone. The cisco phone (i done the setup as 3cx asked at manuals) stuck at registering. Also if for example install at the pc a software ip phone (not of 3cx) and add credentials etc not connecting (i double check the credentials etc etc.) Can i have a help at this ? Btw its the free version is this a problem had limits etc?

p.s also check with software if a firewall block a port but its ok. If i install 3cx soft phone works but only 3cx phone.

Some phones will not support STUN, which may be required if 3CX is hosted, and not run locally. Check the requirements for the sets you are attempting to use.

Check the 3CX Activity Log (Verbose), to see if 3CX is seeing a registration, and rejecting for some reason.
