Not Hangup

I use elastix 2.4 and i have 4 agents and 4 trunks.

when caller call in and then hang up but in my agent phone still ring and when agent accept phone and not hear.

i just want when caller hang up their phone and on my agent phone also hang up.

Best thing it to watch Asterisk cli and see what it is doing.

asterisk -vvvr

I haven't had that problem in awhile but I seem to remember it happening if extensions are not registered. That is only one possibility.
