"Not implemented" message on international call - Windows

Hello-

International calls from all Windows clients in our system are failing with the message "not implemented". International calls from SIP phones work, even when the extensions are the same as the failing Windows clients.

I don't see any settings related to this in either the Windows client settings or the 3CX system settings.

Using 3CX Phone System v11 with 3CXPhone for Windows 6.

Any suggestions to enable international calls on the Windows clients?

Hi,

on softphone go to preferences and unselect "alow video calls" or disable video on trunk in 3cx management console, then try again
