Unsupported Not supported video call to i60

Hello to all,

we added the device Fanvil i60 to our 3cx PBX but when call the extension behind this device does not support video call.

Does anyone knows why?

As this is not a supported model, it might be better to speak with Fanvil support directly to see if they can help you set it up.
