Thanks for the answer.
I update the phone manually. 3CX Management Console ⇒ “Phones” page. Phones do not appear to be updated here. May be updating late. How can I update this page?

if you updated phones manually and result is screen copy you attach above, then you didn't choose a firmware release for 3CX, so this is why everything is red in console
latest release for this phone should be
