Notice Call Interception

Hi every body,

I'm having a problem with my phone x210:
On the phone screen, the message CALL INTERCEPTION will appear automatically (as shown in the picture) then it will disappear or the user will press the Exit button on the phone to turn off this message. Users feel inconvenience for this problem.
PBX used is 3cx.
Please help me to solve this case

• Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? On-premises
• IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware version, Fanvil X210 version 2.4.5
• Provisioning Method: Local
• Trunk Provider or VoIP Gateway Make/Model, SIP-Trunk

1. You must upgrade your firmware, this is outdated.

2. Factory reset your phone, and reprovision it automatically via 3CX.

3. Tell us whether you use custom settings or templates for the Fanvil
