Noticed an issue that users can delete recordings/call logs for those who have System Management Access. Is there any way we can restrict it at the same time they should be able to take the call report?

I am referring to the exact issue described in the thread, work around suggested is ok to view the call record but what about if they need a call report. Please advice

Don't give them that right. Give them the Monitor right for call logs, reports and recordings.

Yes, even if we give only this Monitor privilege, they are able to delete recordings, not only they can purge and toggle other recording-related settings as well. I think this settings/function needs to redefined other wise System Managers can mess up organization settings and Delete/Purge Call recordings.

I would appreciate it if someone from 3cx can look into this on a priority basis and share a solution/fix.

Do we have any workaround to apply Managers should have access to generate Reports and should not alternate recording settings, delete recording etc....
