It is also questionable whether the notifications need to be sent to all system administrators
It is usually sufficient to send these notifications to the support and/or a monitoring system, which usually does not have to be a 3CX user.

I would also like to see the rights and roles made a little more flexible. V18 was more flexible in this respect.
For example: We have a customer who represents several law firms and manages the configuration of users, groups and IVR. Here it is very difficult to explain why the administrator can listen in on calls, no matter which one.

A real scenario that actually happened. A system administrator listened in on the management's calls without permission.
He wrongly had the right to do so with the V18. In V20, this is now unchangeable.

It would really be desirable if the rights could be selected more flexibly again. It would also be easier to attract customers from the financial, government and legal sectors.
Furthermore, it would certainly make sense if, for example, the user could be denied the right to change their business hours. This could be solved, for example, in the Admin GUI for the user in the options with a configuration item 'May not change business hours'.
