Solved Notification Chat Windows App v18

Hello everyone

I don't know if this has been discussed before.

With the Windows app v18, the chat is only signaled in the background. you have to open the app to see who is writing. there is a possibility that the chat is signaled with a popup. or that the client is in the foreground.

Have you checked your notification settings in the Desktop App >> ··· (more options) >> Settings >> Chat?



Which should allow you to see notifications (the example below is from Live Chat):

I found the mistake.

This setting is correct.
However, the notification was deactivated in the windows setting.

now everything works. Thank you very much
