Notification emails from [email protected] stopped coming to us from Sep 6th. I have tested by going to settings--mail server--"3CX SMTP server" "Test" it is showing Mail sent but we are not receiving emails. I went to firewall-firewall check and clicked "run" and everything is okay and the service started. We have not done any changes thought emails stopped coming. Please help in troubling this issue. thank you in advance. emails are not coming to a specific group [email protected] (it is a distribution group).
