Notification New access to 3CX management console

Good morning, is it normal that with the v20 version, the notification to the system administrator no longer comes if a user logs in to 3cx?

Yes, this is notmal, as there is no Management Console anymore.

The user just logs in to their Web Client, and any changes they make are logged in the audit log.

yes I confirm you that I view what the user edits from the audit log, however, I can't go in every day and check whether he is logged in or not.

You can see who is connected from the Active Connections page.

That notification was only for the Management Console which is no longer with us (RIP 29/02/2024)

Yes, I have seen that it works, however, I cannot keep all the switchboards of all the customers open and see if they have changed something every day...

Why should you do this... If the customer broke something, you can earn some money to fix this. ;-)
