Notifications on phone of missed calls picked up outside ring group?

Good afternoon,

Here's my scenario. A call comes into a ring group. The members of the ring group do not answer. Another ext not in the ring group picks up the line. In this scenario, none of the phones registar a missed call or a record of the call.

What can I do to get a record of the call on the physical phone a)answering the phone, or b) the original ring group?
