Notify me as soon as an outbound call is made via 3CX

I need to send a pre-recorded voice mail to the recipient before disconnecting the call. As soon as a call is made I need to redirect the user to my application popup from where he/she can choose a message from a list of pre-recorded messages and click on the send button which will send the voice mail to the recipient and end the call immediately.

Right now I only get notified once a call is disconnected. Kindly help me with this

Unfortunately there is no way to get such a notification. The only way would be creating a program that monitors the CDRs generated by 3CX when calls end.

1. Subscribe to 3CX events using the 3CX Call Control API
2. Write a plugin for 3CX Phone for Windows
3. Call your custom application using the 3CX Phone for Windows advanced settings
4. Subscribe to 3CX events using our VoIPTools Relay (SignalR / Websockets)
