hi,
concerning "Downgrade Option Upon Renewal", does that mean that we can now downgrade from a 16SC to a 8SC licence (same edition), or you are talking only about an edition change with same number of simultaneous calls ?

(I ask this because I just have case with a client right now and can't figure how to go from 16SC to 8SC without reinstalling a new system, cause we can't change a commercial licence key to another commercial licence key).

The “Downgrade Option Upon Renewal” applies to edition changes.
Before proceeding, please ensure the following:

• The selected edition continues to meet the customer’s functional requirements.

If your customer requires fewer SC, you can make this change after the license key expires.
Before proceeding, please ensure the following:

• The reduced SC aligns with the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), particularly the maximum number of extensions supported.
