Number blacklist not working?

Hi!
I've read threads on the subject in the forum but couldn't find an answer.
I'm trying to blacklist certain numbers but it is now working.
Example: I receive a call from 1234567890 and it should be blocked by 3cx.
In Security -> Blacklisted Numbers, I added these two entries:

• 1234567890
• *1234567890

Any ideas?

First, you need to run the latest version of 3cx, as older versions, such as yours, are not supported and can not be activated.

Therefore, you will need to take a backup and download it to a safe location, switching the current machine off; then, depending on the deployment method, re-deploy it to a new machine using a supported deployment and deploy to the last supported version of v18 u9 (build 20), restoring your backup.

Justo to make sure I understood it, in V18 u6 build 908 the blacklist wasn't working, is that it?

I never suggested that, but if you want assistance, even if you open a ticket with support to check, you will need to be running on the late build.

Ah, ok, sorry for that, I'm not a frequent user from the forum, and the way it works.

I'm more used to open source software forums, where community members actively engage with one another.

Sure, I'll upgrade and if the issue persists I'll get back.
