Number gets truncated to 6 digits

Hello,

when creating a custom CRM integration, in the request that is done to look up the contact, the caller number gets truncated to only 6 digits.
In a large database like we have, this can cause false results. I looked into the generated XML, and there is this line:

<Number Prefix="Plus" MaxLength="[MaxLength]" />

However, I won't get a field to configure the MaxLength parameter in the frontend. Also, the Number Prefix seems to be ignored completly.

You can control this from the 3CX Console > Advanced > Contacts > Options.

Thank you, that solved one problem. However, the number is still transmitted in the 00 format although I set
<Number Prefix="Plus"

How is your number arriving to 3CX? You can also try adjusting the caller's number using Caller ID Reformatting:
