Version 15.5.0 on a Proffesional licence it says

Maintenance 07/13/2018 4:11:38 PM
Number of Simultaneous Calls 4
Number of G729 Channels 2
Number of Simultaneous Meeting Participants 100
3CX Phone System Pro Edition features
Yes

However if we dial into our conference call number any more than 2 users and it says something to the effect of "The maximum number of users for the licence has been exceeded"

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Hi Adam,

You are still limited by your 4 sim call license, 1 call will be taken up by the conference extension, an additionall call will be taken up by each participant, I would expect you to be able to add 3 participants however this would tie up your entire PBX, was someone on the phone during testing?

Kind Regrds,

V

Thanks its possible that was the case

The 100 limit is for 3CX WebMeeting

Thanks is it possible to map an inbound number to a 3cx web meeting -or- does everyone have to go through the web meeting interface?

If thats not possible how do i upgrade the meeting limit?

Not possible to dial in a web meetings , in delevopment https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/include-conference-call-in-number-with-webmeetings.47850/

If you are using audio conferencing with 3CX, the only way to increase the limit is to upgrade your license to more sim calls.
