[Number] or another variable I could use?

Hi,
I have 2 customers both need the pop-up contact url with showing the caller number from Inbound, they want to use the HTTP protocol GET.
However I customized with it and take the [Number] variable in Url and I found it showed the digits modified by
"Match at least X number of characters " which I set with 8 digits


The Caller Number is 0955068525 and modified as "55068525"


Does there any possible I could show the entire phone number with a Global Variable or any other way ?

Yes, you need to go to the 3CX Console > Advanced > Contacts > Options > and select "Match exactly".

But is it possible when looking up the sql or api by modified Contact Number like 55068525

and showing the entire Caller Number like 0955068525 at the Url with the global variable

The [Number] variable will have the full number when you configured "match exactly", or the last N digits of that number when you configured that setting.

The ContactUrl that you return to 3CX can take this value from the JSON returned by the CRM. So in that case you would be using the full number. But that requires that your CRM gives you this information.

I see. About the Contact Url it is better to use the API request data put in it .
