Number you're calling is not assigned?

I did factory reset of the Fanvil X210 as number was blacklisted and SIP registry failed. It is Local LAN provisioning method, with Firmware 2.4.12.
The phone is regsitred now, I can make calls from the phone inside the network and outside but when someone calls from outside it says that Number you're calling is not assigned.
This phone was off for more than one year as no one was using it ( I assume it was working before I came), not since I turned it on all this problems started.

Speak to your sip provider, as I would say this is message from them
