O365 Public folder sync fails

Hi,

we are using the O365 Public Folder Contact sync and without reason the sync stopp. I have already checked if the Passwords are expired or if the URL/Folderpath has changed.


im getting the following error in the 3cxSystemService.log

Hello @CptLuxx,

The error 404 not found means that the URL that 3CX is trying to access doesn't exist anymore. Probably you made a change in your server and moved the page somewhere else...

true that is what the error means, but we are at o365 and the URL never changes and i can also open it absolutely fine

It would be good to have the full log, to check if the URL in question is mentioned. What you provide is the main URL, but then the API needs to perform different requests to different endpoints, and some of them is not available...

i just checked the log again and all other logs for anything related to this and there is nothing, uploading the log would require me to remove some private informations first.
