Strange behaviour in Webclient. We use it as a phone as well, but since this morning two of our users cannot dial locations any more using the webclient. They get a return of OBJECT CANNOT BE FOUND HERE as a popup.

release: Latest v16u5
platform: Debian (Amazon Lightsail -> pbx express)
version: Enterprise

I've searched the forum but I cannot find other users experiencing the same issue. Issue seems to be within all browsers both normal and private mode. Persistent to these users also after a reboot.

Hello @Tommie Pit ,

Some checks that you can do is on your audio/video devices.
* Drivers are properly configured on those PC's?
* Try to troubleshoot for audio/video problems on websites that might provide such kind of online tools.
* Open the WebClient with different browser. For example if you are using Chrome, try to open it with Firefox.

Did all of the above. And without change to the desktop, after 15:00 yesterday the webclient was able to dial out again or accept calls...

Most horrible about this is lack of log. Was nothing to be found in the logs. Just 'random' error.

What I would suggest is to proceed and open a support ticket in order for our engineers to give it a closer look.

Might do such a thing when it happens again. Both clients simultaneously where able to use webclient again. Strange thing was that other people where still able to use the webclient. Odd.

Tommie for next time check whether the users have a VPN or antivirus installed (other than the built in Windows Security).

We've seen some strange behavior on the webclient when some AV software decides to block our scripts or when VPN is enabled after you've already launched the webclient, breaking the previous connection path and requiring a hard reload.
