Object reference not set to an instance of an object

After upgrading to v16 we are getting this error on two of our extensions. We are not able to make any changes to that extention since it gives us this error. When you try and click on ok it comes up with this. At the top it shows error 500 and says
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Have seen the issue with previous upgrades.
Best answer was to delete the extension and add as new.
Beware, voicemails will be deleted too if saved.

Can you post the error here so we can have a look at it? Also are you using any custom templates are unsupported devices to the specific extension?

I may have found the issue. We had a Grandstream 2130 on that extension. Once I deleted the Grandstream it was then able to save.

Glad to see you were able to find the cause of the issue. Was the Grandstream device using a custom template? I am just trying to understand why you got the error so we can prevent this from happening.
