Hi there,
our 3CX is almost up and running. But now that we have bought the license the first issues start to appear.
The following is just examples of what happens:
A (webclient) calls B (webclient)
-> they don't hear each other
A (webclient) calls B (webclient) again
-> A can hear B, B does not hear anything
A (webclient) calls B (webclient) again
-> all fine
A (webclient) calls B (softphone)
-> all fine
A (webclient) calls B (softphone) again
-> they don't hear each other
A (webclient) calls B (softphone) again
-> A can hear B, B does not hear anything
It seems extremely random if both can hear each other or not... you call someone, you can't hear each other, you call again and it suddenly works... or still does not work...
3CX is version 16 and the 3CX firewall check says it's all fine. All of this happens in our LAN (no SBC, no STUN or anything involved). Firewalls on the 3CX as well as the firewalls on A and B are disabled.
How could I track down such a behavior?
Thanks a lot for any advise!
