Hi there!
We are having some pain when it's time to remove a user from 3CX.
We usually reset the credentials, disable the extension and hide it from the global directory, but we have to manually go through every group, call queue, ring group and report to manually remove the extension from there, and we have hundreds of them.
I'm wondering if there's a way to list all the entities the extension belong to without fiddling with the database?

On a side note, I'm not sure about what happens if we just delete the extension. Would it get removed from all the entities I listed above?

Thanks!

Yes, deleting the extension will remove all associated ties.

no, its not easy to see what Q's or RGs theyre in without looking.

I would suggest initially disabling the extension and change the password. This will block the previous user from access even if they have the iOS/Android client installed on their mobile. This approach allows you to gather things like recordings and voicemails. Once you have everything you need, delete the extension. This is the cleanest way of removing a user and later reusing the extension.
