offhook autodial

i am using 3cx soft phone with asterisk. does 3cx softphone support offhook autodial?

Not that I'm aware of. I think it's pretty much expected that someone is going to actually do the dialling. You can accomplish auto-dial, or hotline, with the options on many ATA's.
