I'd like to see the addition of the "Group.Read.All" and the "GroupMember.Read.All" permissions for the integration so that I can tell 365 to only (or not) import users in specified groups.
That would prevent extensions from getting created for every new shared mailbox, service account, etc. I would just look for whatever group I have put "real" users in.
