Hello,
Does anyone know if 3CX will sync with an Office 365 Government G3 subscription? Really contact sync is all they're asking for.
3CX Docs list E3, E5, and F3 so I wasn't sure if G3 was excluded on purpose or just not listed since it's more of a special use case.
This Microsoft page provides a list of features included with G3 which includes Exchange Online so I'm thinking it may work but I'm not sure if there are additional security measures that may prevent it from working.

For this, you will need to try and check, as this was never tested from our side. I can tell you, though, that there are others out there successfully using a 365 Government license and all this means is that the tenants that host your data within the 365 side are not hosted with commercial tenants.

So as long as there is an Exchange server in th back end of your particular G subscriptions, features such as Contact and Calendar sync should work.

Thank you for the feedback. We've reached out to their IT administrator and are working with them to schedule a test. Once that takes place, I'll report back on our findings.

Just reporting back that the integration worked fine following the standard 3CX instructions.
