We have integrated office 365 with 3cx with no problems until i realized what was happening. With our extensions the mobile number is in this format xxxxxxxxxx. Then after a day or so
a plus sign with a 1 shows up in the mobile number of the extension +1xxxxxxxxxx. This causes a call failure when the system tries to froward to the mobile number.
If i go in and remove the +1 it starts to work just fine, but after a day or so the +1 magically appears again.
Is there a way for 3cx to stop doing that.
