Office 365 Integration Vanished!

Hi all,

We have 3cx Pro and had set-up Office 365 Integration and all was working fine until yesterday when I was advised it stopped working. I was unable to investigate yesterday but this morning I have gone onto the admin console and Office integration has completely vanished from the integration section!

Is there anything I can do or is it a case of contacting 3cx directly to find out what's going on?

Regarding your question, are you logging into the management console with the 3cx super admin account? Or with an extension with admin rights?

I login with my extension that I granted admin rights too, which did work beforehand or has this recently been changed?

Since SSO features were added in a previous update, the integration is only available to the admin, so prevents users from logging in to the management console with restricted rights to add themselves to the SSO and then access the management console as admins.
