Office 365 Photo Sync not working for a few users

I activated M365 integration and enabled photo sync. Some 20+ users were synced properly but just 3 weren't, and I can't find any issue in the logs and also tried everything that was recommended from what I saw in other similar posts (can't post on those as they are closed).

We're 100% Microsoft 365 only, no local platform sync (AD, Exchange, or Sharepoint). I forced images updates in Entra ID but no change, restarted System Service and also no change and not any error log.

Anybody knows what to check or change?

Replying to myself and for everyone to be aware of this particular issue if they find it. The three affected users had no user type in Entra ID. By updating that to Member and disabling/enabling M365 sync, the users were able to sync photos and use SSO.

I invested quite some time to find this and not in 3CX pages/forum but a third party.
