Office 365 - synchronize contacts in real time

Hello, by default the contacts are synchronized at 4 a.m. Is there any way to set that the contacts are synchronized immediately?

If not, would the function be realizable?

This is a hardcoded operation, you cannot change it unfortunately.

At the moment no, but we are planning on improving the Office 365 integration.
