Office Holidays

We have 60 departments setup on the system.

Is there an easy way to update 1 with Office holidays and copy this to all the other departments or is there a way to set globally office holidays that applies to the whole system?

Hi @HM_User you need to add/edit them individually, there is not a bulk for holidays. Each department manages its own schedule and holiday calendar independently.

Is there any plan to introduce that? It's a pain to require 60 different entries for a global holiday. (Christmas Day, for example, is a holiday whether you're in Sales, Marketing, or whatever).

There is free tool https://voiptools.com/docs/holiday-importer-v20-2/. It does require a program be installed on the server, IIRC.
