Office Hours/Night Mode

Hi,

We have a dedicated number for Advice which operates only 3 days per week. We want to setup our phones so that outside of these hours this particular line goes through to an 'out of hours' voicemail message.

However, the rest of the business is still open, so the office hours are different.

Is it possible to setup different office hours for different Call Groups/Extensions?

If not, is it possible to setup a 'Night' mode which means you simply press a button on the phone to activate the out of hours voicemail?

Using 'Specific hours' in forwarding rules of that specific extension you may define any in-office time you like and it is not mixed with main calendar. This allows for the 3 days rule you are looking for.
