Office hours not working for the extension number

The office hours are only working for ring groups but not for extension with DID.

An extension with an assigned DID number in a single department , the office hours are not working but rings groups work as expected.

The extension is set using the default office hours and the system time zone is set correctly.

On the User-Schedule tab, the option "Automatically switch status to Available during office hours" should this be enabled? I tried both options but still did not work.

This need to be enabled. After that wait for the next switch. The extension will switch between avaiable und dnd, check the forwardings in this status.
