Office Hours

I currently use global office hours for my PBX. There is only 1 other extension that has custom office hours. I also have no group memberships. Is it true that global office hours are not going to be in V20..

In V20 you have Departments. Since you will not have multiple departments all extensions will be assigned to the Default Department where you can set if you want Office Hours. You can also check the guideline here for further clarification.

I have 10 different ring groups in my office. They are actually 5 sets. Each set has a ring group for during regular hours and a group for after hours. In looking at the current webclient doesn’t look like hours can be made for ring groups.

Why not create a new department with the same extensions, assign office hours for this department and also assign this department to the ring group?

Is this screen shot from V20 or the current V18. I do not have that on my ring group to add to a department. When I go into edit In the general tab all I have is ring group name Assigned did numbers. Destination if no answer.

If you create a new test Ring Group, what options do you have?

So if I create a new ring group I see the option to choose departments or group memberships. But how do I edit an existing ring group to choose departments. I hope your not going to say delete and recreate them
