Office Hours

Hi Guys

Ever since we move to V20 my office hours on 3cx are completely screwed.

I've checked everything all office hours settings, but my call center keeps opening at 8am instead on 8:30am

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked your office hours for the departments?
Where are the inbound calls routed ?
