I have integrated office 365 and 3cx, but why is my contact list still empty?

Hi,

O365 will only sync your personal contacts into your extension.

It will not sync the O365 Company Contacts in the 3CX Company Contacts.



The personal contacts can be seen when you log into your webclient or mobile client, but not in the management console.
