on connect I here disturbing Audio sounds

When I call an extention - on connect I here disturbing Audio, like a voice prompt but can not make out the words

What could be the problem?

You probably have a haunted PBX , naah if you can upload a wireshark capture of the call being made I might be able to point you in the right direction.
