Hello, we have a proportion of customers with 3CX SBC's running on premises Mini PC's (Snunmu).

If these instances are upgraded to V20, will the mini pc SBC setup continue to work / be supported?

Additionally, will we eventually be forced to upgrade all customers to V20, if so, is there an exact date on when this will happen?

Hi there.
So SBC should be running on Debian 10 as it was, and if you upgrade the 3CX System to V20, your SBC should work fine.

Thank you,

If we have a 3CX on Premise using Version 18, if we upgrade to Version 20 will the Mini PC Work even if debian is upgraded etc
There is talk about a Split DNS required plus additional work on clients firewall to allow more ports etc?

You are welcome.

>> So if you have a 3CX System and desk phone phones in the same local network, you need to have a SplitDNS configuration. No additional ports here for port forwarding.
