Solved One Extension missing - BLF Key Setup

Hello,

For some reason, since the upgrade to V20 Update 4, I have one extension that will not show up when you are setting up BLF keys for another extension. For some reason extension 121 is no longer showing up when create a BFL Key. The extension and user shows up in the Team section of the 3CX PWA app with no issue. I have tried restarting the OS to see if the PBX would come back up and still it is not making a difference.

How can this be fixed as I think it is a bug.

Nevermind, I figured out the issue. This thread can be closed.

What was the fix?

Make sure Hide from contacts is not checked, if it is checked you cannot add that extension on a BLF key for another extension.
