I created a user in 3cx, and provisioned two phones for that user. They both register and work as long as they do not share a PPPoE connection (residing in the same house).
It works with the one phone connected at my office and one phone at my home, but if I try using both phones at home one of them will give me the same error message: sip register failed.
Can anyone tell me what may be the issue and how I can begin troubleshooting this? I have tried enabling logging, but I do not receive any useful information.

Where is the 3cx server, how have you configured the phones - lan , sbc or stun at the office, home

provide more info on the setup

if you have multiply stun phones at one location you need to configure them the 3cx supported way

if the home handsets have the same extension, using sbc server is the only solution https://www.3cx.com/docs/3cx-tunnel-session-border-controller/

Need an SBC or you must use unique port numbers for each phone.

SBC is the supported method to have multiple phones at a remote site.
