One I enable VLAN...it stops working

Hi all

So I have an extension and a new phone - once I assign the new phone to the extension all works well until I enable the below option....phone stops working and I have to reset all again

Any ideas? all of the other phones are set like this and there is no issue with them

Have you configured vlans on your network equipment - switches , router

Yes, in fact I have a lot of phones on the same VLAN and switches....any way I could see whats happening on this extension from within 3CX?

Is the network switch port configured for this vlan

If you log into the phone web front end, look at the activity logs may tell you what is going on.

Misconfiguration on switch port 100%.
What switch is in use? Can you provide config of that switch port?
