One land line with simultaneous incoming calls.

My office has only one land line. but it support simultaneous 3 incoming/outgoing calls.
so,if I just use one port gateway such as linksys 3102. when first incoming call is using, can the 2nd and 3rd incoming calls still can reach the 3CX system? or I have to use 3 port gateway?

It depends on the gateway capabilities. There are no restrictions on PBX side, you need just to configure number of simultaneous calls allowed on the line.

Do you mean a hunt group? One pilot number with three phone lines?

A single PSTN landline can have more than one phone number assigned to it BUT you can only have one conversation at a time. One analogue phone line (one pair of wires)= one FXO port on an SPA3102= one trunk into a 3CX=one conversation
